Returns
Our returns policy is valid strictly 14 days. Unfortunately if it is 14 days passed your purchased date we will be unable to honour a refund or exchange. If you are to return your item before the 14 days, the item must be unworn, and in its original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase (such as the receipt or tax invoice) must be supplied to complete the return. Returns are posted at the expense of the buyer unless it is determined Self Made Generation is at fault. If an item is refunded Shipping costs are non-refundable. Self Made Generation reserves the right to decline any item that fails to meet the returns criteria as stated above. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item so tracked shopping services are recommended. If you have a item you wish to return please contact our team on [email protected] 

Refunds
Upon return of your item/s, your item/s will be assessed to determine they meet the eligible returns criteria and an acknowledgement email will be sent to notify you of approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, a credit will be issued to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 days (exclusive of shipping costs).

Sale Items
Sale item's will be excluded from returned of credited.

Shipping
Orders are processed and packed within 48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and also public holidays. Australia Post regular parcels are used to deliver all goods from Self Made Generation for domestic orders. Self Made Generation holds no responsibility for items that are stolen, lost, or delayed in transit or for any further costs that may later be associated.

Payment
All payments are made through the use of a safe and secure network in order to protect the transactions of our customers. Self Made Generation currently accepts the following payment methods: Master Card, Visa Card, Debit Card and PayPal.

All prices are stated in Australian Dollars. This does not include local taxes and import/custom duties for international orders. All customs fees, taxes and other associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
